What data we process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and contact details: first name, surname, email, phone number.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery information: address or chosen parcel locker.<\/li>\n<li>Order data: goods ordered, amount, payment status, communication about the order.<\/li>\n<li>If the buyer is a company \u2013 company name, registration and VAT number.<\/li>\n<li>Technical data: IP address, browser information and cookies (see the <a href=\"\/en\/sikdatnu-politika\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not process payment card details \u2013 they are processed by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes and legal basis of processing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Accepting, paying for, delivering and communicating about orders \u2013 performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Meeting accounting and tax obligations, handling complaints and withdrawals \u2013 legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Website security, fraud prevention and protection of our rights \u2013 legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>Sending news and offers and optional cookies \u2013 your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4.
