1. Seller<\/h2>\n

The online shop coresatin.lv is operated, and goods are sold, by the official distributor of coresatin\u00ae products in the Baltics:<\/p>\n

These terms form a distance contract between the seller and the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. The terms have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 \"Regulations on Distance Contracts\".<\/p>\n

2. Goods and prices<\/h2>\n

The shop sells coresatin\u00ae skincare cosmetic products. Product descriptions, composition (INGREDIENTS), directions for use and responsible person details are given on each product page. Images are for information only, and the packaging may look slightly different.<\/p>\n

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to change prices; the price shown at the moment the order is confirmed is binding for the buyer.<\/p>\n

3. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n

The buyer selects the goods, adds them to the cart, enters their contact details and delivery method, reads these terms and confirms the order with an obligation to pay. After placing the order, the buyer receives a confirmation at the email address provided. The contract is deemed concluded when the seller has received payment for the order.<\/p>\n

If an ordered item is not available, the seller will inform the buyer and agree on another solution or refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/h2>\n

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods available in the shop \u2013 online bank transfer or payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) \u2013 via Klix, the payment solution of AS Citadele banka. The payee is SIA GP Nord. Card details are processed in the payment service provider's secure environment, and the seller has no access to them.<\/p>\n

At the buyer's request, the seller can issue a pro forma invoice, which is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.<\/p>\n
