These terms form a distance contract between the seller and the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. The terms have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts".
2. Goods and prices
The shop sells coresatin® skincare cosmetic products. Product descriptions, composition (INGREDIENTS), directions for use and responsible person details are given on each product page. Images are for information only, and the packaging may look slightly different.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed. The seller reserves the right to change prices; the price shown at the moment the order is confirmed is binding for the buyer.
3. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
The buyer selects the goods, adds them to the cart, enters their contact details and delivery method, reads these terms and confirms the order with an obligation to pay. After placing the order, the buyer receives a confirmation at the email address provided. The contract is deemed concluded when the seller has received payment for the order.
If an ordered item is not available, the seller will inform the buyer and agree on another solution or refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.
4. Payment
Orders can be paid for using the payment methods available in the shop – online bank transfer or payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) – via Klix, the payment solution of AS Citadele banka. The payee is SIA GP Nord. Card details are processed in the payment service provider's secure environment, and the seller has no access to them.
At the buyer's request, the seller can issue a pro forma invoice, which is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered within Latvia:
- to a Venipak parcel locker – EUR 3.50;
- by Venipak courier to the address provided – EUR 5.40;
- collection from the GP Nord office, "Vismaņi" k-5, Mārupes nov. (weekdays 9:00–17:00) – free of charge.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of receiving payment and are delivered within 10 working days at the latest. The buyer is informed of the delivery time and status by email or phone. Delivery prices include VAT.
On receipt, the buyer should check that the packaging is intact. If the parcel is damaged, the buyer should inform the courier or contact the seller within 2 working days.
6. Right of withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days of the day the goods are received, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send the seller a clear statement to info@gpnord.com, for example using the withdrawal form below.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice to "Vismaņi" k-5, Mārupes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2167, in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Exception: in accordance with sub-paragraph 22.5 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (broken seal or opened jar/tube).
The seller will refund all payments received from the buyer, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method the buyer used, unless otherwise agreed. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the buyer has provided proof of having sent them. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
An order can also be cancelled until it has been dispatched by writing to info@gpnord.com.
7. Product quality and complaints
If the goods do not conform to the contract (for example, they are damaged, incorrect or past their expiry date), the buyer has the right to submit a complaint within two years of receiving the goods by writing to info@gpnord.com stating the order number, a description of the problem and attaching photos. The seller will review the complaint within 15 days and replace the goods or refund their price free of charge.
coresatin® products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to treat diseases. Read the ingredients and directions for use before use; if you have a persistent or worsening skin problem, consult a doctor.
8. Personal data
The buyer's personal data are processed to fulfil the order and to meet legal obligations in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies is available in the Cookie Policy.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv), the Consumer Disputes Resolution Commission, or a court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10. Other provisions
The seller may amend these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force at the time it was placed.
